I always return to my favorite hotel in Kuopio. The staff once kindly brought me a cold drink. It's perfect for me with Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception and amenities like a pool, massage, fitness center and more. I'll be back for Christmas!

the room had a nice view of the backyard and the front reception staff was friendly and helpful. the spa and swimming areas had everything we needed for relaxation and fun entertainment.

We had a great stay at this lakefront hotel surrounded by nature. The hotel facilities were excellent with access to a spa and gym included in the price. The breakfast buffet was satisfying with a good choice of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and the spa exceeded my expectations. the location near the lake was a great bonus.

Breakfast was poor.

We had a romantic escape and the location was just perfect for us. We were amazed by the natural surroundings and the proximity to the lake. The pool facilities were also a plus and we enjoyed spending time in the pool - especially the WIBIT! The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax and unwind.

The service was a bit of a letdown. The staff were not very friendly or attentive, and the quality of service felt outdated.
